Anne Mellon - Owner and Director

Anna Mellon is Owner and Director of Boppin’ Bunnies Ltd and Stretto Music Ltd. She graduated from Goldsmiths College, London with an Honours Degree in Music, specialising in performance and drama. Her instruments are voice, piano and violin.

After graduating, Anna was an active performer in and around London performing in venues such as The Barbican, Lewisham Theatre and St George’s Cathedral as well as further afield with choirs and orchestras such as Fiori Musicali based in Northamptonshire. She has recorded sessions both with violin and vocals for various bands and commercial projects.

She then went on to establish herself as a music teacher, visiting various primary schools, first on a peripatetic basis, then in a classroom environment. She developed her education work as a visiting music specialist, running school choirs, directing performances and concerts and delivering singing workshops. Anna has also worked as a private music teacher, teaching piano, violin, singing and theory up to Grade VIII for children and adults. She has facilitated Inset sessions for staff and led practical singing workshops at the Headteacher’s Conference’s to promote singing in schools.

As well as running Boppin’ Bunnies and Stretto Music Anna has two children of her own, Charlie and Jess and lives in Eltham with husband Andy.

Claire Pearcy - Boppin Eltham and North Kent Owner and Music Events Manager

Claire juggles being a Mum of two, private piano tuition, and running Boppin' Bunnies Eltham and North Kent. She started teaching with Boppin' Bunnies in 2012 and went on to set up her own classes just a year later in Sidcup and Eltham. She also teaches music in a number of schools and nurseries under her Boppin' Bunnies 'hat' and through her piano teaching.

Claire started piano when she was just 4 years old, and joined Trinity College of Music Junior Department as their youngest pupil where she studied piano and clarinet. Having spent many years based in the Middle East and travelling the world, Claire always kept her musical roots, teaching piano privately to children of all ages.

Claire has had the pleasure of performing at some prestigious venues across London including the Royal Albert Hall, St Martin in the Fields and the Wigmore Hall as well as taking part in music festivals and competitions.

Claire enjoys playing the clarinet with the fabulous Greenwich Concert Band who perform concerts throughout the year as well as singing with a vintage 3 party harmony group Company 3!

Hannah Grain - Operations Manager

Hannah has been working with Boppin' Bunnies since 2014 and runs the head office with Anna and Claire. Before that she was a Boppin' Bunnies customer with her two boys, Robert and William. She is on hand while they are at school. She has over 20 years experience of working in offices and is a born organiser.

Hannah loves listening to music but is not so good at playing it, so she leaves that to our talented musicians. She keeps everything running brilliantly.
